Before I tell you more about myself, let me explain where the name “Why Change” comes from.
An effective change starts with knowing WHY – your strategy and business objectives. This strategy then needs to be shaped into views that can be communicated to your employees – your target business capabilities and operating model. That, in turn, will drive the changes that you choose to implement to achieve your objectives. Without clear communication of the strategy, how can business requirements accurately reflect your desired target state?
With twenty-five years of professional experience and my first book published, I am ready to share my expertise in planning and executing effective changes with organizations. My objective is to help my clients create clear views of their strategy, and engage their teams in implementing the strategy via effective changes.
I consult corporate clients, conduct webinars, coach business analysts and architects, and support the BA community on LinkedIn.
After receiving a computer science and math degree with honours, I’ve spent most of my career alternating between IT and business engagements. I have been engaged on the side of the client, the internal technology partner, the third-party vendor and the consultant, and can relate to each point of view from first-hand experience.
